2012 Italy, Switzerland and France Holiday
In preparation of a one month holiday of Italy, Switzerland and France, I have created this blog. My first ever blog, here goes!
This is not my only preparations with training by walking the Jack Perkins Track at Smoky Cape, within the Hat Head National Park. This short walk starts at Captain Cooks Lookout

and descends to North Smoky Beach. A clothes optional beach! Don't worry I keep mine on.

This walk includes 31 steps at the bottom of the track before reaching the beach below.

I have walked up and down these steps 13 times each time I have done this walk, since training for the trip to the Cinque Terre and Duomo in Florence. See the step below.
